"The Golden Thread": This is my epic fantasy novel. The excerpt is the entire prologue and a portion of chapter one.
"Aquamarine": This short story has the dubious honor of being my most rejected. Someday, I'm going to use my library skills to make a database of all my rejection slips. I'll file people's names under catchy subject headings like, "Suck, Editors who."
"Fat Chance": This one is semi-autobiographical fiction. The excerpt is from a random scene in the book.
"Alexandria at the Library": This novel for young adults is set in a dystopian future. The excerpt is from a flashback where Alexandria was going to school on Luna.
